Cancellation Policy

CraveBoxo is a restaurant listing and direct ordering platform. Orders placed through the Platform are transmitted directly to the restaurant for preparation and fulfillment.


1. Customer Cancellations

Once an order has been successfully placed and transmitted to the restaurant, customers are not permitted to cancel the order.

Orders are considered final upon submission.

Customers may only request cancellation if:

• The restaurant confirms that ordered items are unavailable, or
• The restaurant initiates the cancellation.

All cancellation decisions remain subject to the restaurant’s discretion.


2. Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations

Restaurants may cancel orders due to:

• Item unavailability
• Operational issues
• Store closure
• Incorrect or incomplete order information
• Force majeure events

In such cases, the restaurant is responsible for notifying the customer and handling any applicable refund directly.


3. Administrative Cancellations

CraveBoxo may cancel orders in rare circumstances, including but not limited to:

• The restaurant is closed but failed to update its availability status
• Technical system errors
• Duplicate or fraudulent orders

Administrative cancellation does not make CraveBoxo responsible for refund processing. Any refund must be handled directly by the restaurant.


4. Refunds Related to Cancellations

Because payments are made directly to the restaurant:

• CraveBoxo does not process refunds
• CraveBoxo does not hold customer funds
• Refund decisions are solely the responsibility of the restaurant

Customers must coordinate directly with the restaurant regarding refunds.


5. Limitation of Liability

CraveBoxo is not liable for:

• Restaurant cancellation decisions
• Refund denials
• Operational closures
• Incorrect availability updates

CraveBoxo functions solely as a technology platform facilitating order transmission.
